Unfortunately there is nothing that will firm up your breasts short of surgery - targeted exercise may work, but it depends on your breast size.





Losing weight can also help, even if you are already small.Does anyone know of any breast or nipple firming cream that really works?
idk but don't try loosing weight if you don't need to otherwise.
