Garnier nutritioniste has an anti-wrinkle firming NIGHT cream which i was using under the eye until I bought the anti-wrinkle firming EYE cream. I liked the results I was getting by using the night cream under the eye instead of the eye cream.

These types of creams are fine for long term use. They're meant for it. If it was only meant for a short time, it would say it on the box. I have been using the same wrinkle cream under my eyes for almost two years.
The night cream should be fine to use.
