I dont care, but.. my question is how do you put it on? it says to apply from neck down to breasts but do you wear a bra and just put it on your cleavage or do you put it all over your breasts?Question about bust firming cream?

It doesn't matter, it doesn't work any way- All it does is pull the moisture out of the top layer of epidermis-do it anyway you like.
