Well this is tricky... the best are very expensive ... I think about Issima (Guerlain) very good. Christian Dior's ones are really good to (the 60/80 ones). La Prairie's one are fantastic but extremely expensive !The thing is that you should apply it twice a day but regularly and you should have started a lot earlier...
Get some samples from your favourite perfume shop and try them on !
Drink a lot of water too ! and ... no alcool !!!!!!!!
